Don has found this to be true in his own life and would like to explore this with you.
Don finds it natural to be “in your corner,” to be deeply present with you, and to be attuned with you on your healing journey. This is much more than a “feel good” strategy, though it may well feel great. This is about creating the conditions that allow for healthy processing of emotion and the activation of your body’s healing resources, and it is a very different experience from feeling tormented by your feelings.
While Don will enjoy talking with you about your life, he will support you through experiential therapies. He is not primarily a talk therapist.
Don is pleased to support adults of all ages and genders. He has developed a passion for supporting men. Don is extremely committed to supporting men in ways that develop a felt experience of connection, activate emotions as systems of inner guidance, and build an authentic, meaningful sense of purpose.
