Our Approach
Including the whole of a person
To consider the whole of a person means to acknowledge their emotional experience, the state of their body and mind, the condition of their nervous system, and the context in which they are living. Some therapies tend to focus mainly on thoughts and behaviours, whereas the experiential approaches I work with support the needs of the whole person.
